We have an excellent team of mixologists here at O’ Reilly’s. Many of our team have taken part in cocktail competitions and have a vast knowledge and understanding of ingredients. We have a range of Classic Cocktails to choose from and are constantly pushing the boundaries with our own signature cocktails created by the staff.
We use high quality spirits and ingredients to ensure the tastiest version of each cocktail. As a team we are constantly learning and host regular trainings and tastings to excel our knowledge and this in turn leads to phenomenal cocktails.
We have a finely curated wine list that spans both Old World and New World wines by our in-house sommelier. If you would like to enjoy the perfect pairing to elevate your experience, ask one of our staff to recommend a wine that goes harmoniously with your dish!
